James Retsinas Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Retsinas (Tucson, Arizona), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2017, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Demetra; and his siblings, Sam (Mary), Nitza Koplas (Bob), Bessie Geinopoulos (Tony) and Alice Koinis.

He is survived by: his wife Nora (Veremis); his son Dean; his sister Georgia Sakas; his siblings-in-law, John Koinis and Bess Katsaros (Dean); his parents, Peter Retsinas and Helen Retsinas; and also Demetra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
