She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Collins Jr. and Emma Collins; her brother Cleveland Dandridge Helen; her spouse Belshazer "Bobby" Darrough; and her siblings, Cornelius Collins (Diane), Cliff Collins (Alice), Benny Collins (LaZenie), Janice Rosenthal (Stanley), Velma Collins, Bernadine Buie (Leonard), Kenneth Collins (Sandra), Sherrye Mance, Dora Duncan (Herb), Morris Collins (Jeraldine), Clyde Collins (Evelyne) and Swayzine Ryce (Rodney). She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
