He was predeceased by: his parent John Lewis; his daughter Carol Owen; and his siblings, Charles Lewis, Edwin Lewis, Dorothy Chapman and Frances Clark.
He is survived by: his parent Alice Lewis (Jackling); his former wife Evelyn; his wife Mary; his daughters, Sandra Casselman (Ken) and Kathy Lewis-Atherton (Michael); his grandchildren, Timothy Casselman (Rebecca), Debra Baker, Kim Owen, Kevin Owen, Corey Atherton and Kier Atherton; his great grandchildren, Parker Casselman, Kristoffer Pederson, Victoria Owen, Nicholas Owen, Evelyn Atherton and Leverett Atherton; his stepchildren, Robert VanNorman, Jeffrey VanNorman, Karen Crandall and Cathie Roeland; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Alexandria, Megan Roeland, Chelsea VanNorman, Erica VanNorman, Daniel VanNorman, Robert Villasenor and David Villasenor; his brother Harry Jackling Lewis (Jeanne); and also Evelyn.
