He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Marchand and Cornelius Marchand; his siblings, Donald Marchand and Patricia Almasi (Marchand); and his brothers-in-law, John Kelsey, Richard Redenius, Bob Almasi, Jim Dudley and Wilbur Overholt.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Susan), Bradley (Tammy) and Christopher Marchand (Elisa); his stepchildren, Carol Lemon (Phil Gaha) and Dale Lemon (Sandra); his grandchildren, Ashley, Trent, Elliot, Micah, Isaac, Shiloh Marchand, Eleanor and Everett Lemon; his siblings, Donna Kelsey, Rita Redenius, Edward Marchand, Diana Dudley and Linda Overholt; his sister-in-law Shirley Marchand; his cousin Joyce Smith; and his significant other Elizabeth Lemon (Bette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
