He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Lopez and Lucy Lopez; and his siblings, Theodore Jr., Oscar, Gilbert, Minnie, Della and Lucy.

He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Lopez; his siblings, Patsy Monreal and Louie Lopez (Gloria); his children, George Jr. Carlos, Ronald, Norma Jean and Jose Jorge Lopez; and his stepchildren, Johnpaul Robles (Yvette), Leslie Longoria and Dennis Robles (Angela). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
