He was predeceased by: his father Alfred David. He is survived by: his parent Donnalene David (MacArthur); his children, Ashley McLain (Michael) of Albuquerque, NM, Carrie Renckly (Matthew) of Omaha, NE and Sean David of Flagstaff, AZ; and his grandchildren, Skyla McLain, Olivia and Emma Renckly.
