It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Ornelas Jr. (Tucson, Arizona), born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Maria H. Ornelas; his children, Esmeralda Hinojosa of Tucson, AZ, Sandra Leticia Gastelum of Tucson, AZ, Alicia Ornelas of Tucson, AZ, Cano Frank Ornelas, III of Tucson, AZ and Denise Ornelas of Tucson, AZ; and his siblings, Ida Parraz, Beatrice Alirez, Irma Pena of Santa Clara, Linda Hinojos of Big Springs, TX, Yolanda Garcia of Carlsbad and Ramon F. Ornelas of Loving. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
