It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Tinsley of Tucson, Arizona, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Merchet and Monroe Merchet; and her daughter Pamela Smalley (Alonzo Tinsley). She is survived by: her husband Alonzo; her children, Diana Martin, Debra Moore (Gary), Vickie Oatman and Sonny Rosemond (Paula); and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Johnathan, Sarah, Benjamin, Michelle, Jennifer, Michael, Jeremy and Kimberly. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
