He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Jose and Manuela Urbina; and his siblings, Jesus Urbina, Lorenzo Urbina, Manuel Urbina, Ralph Urbina, Tony Urbina and Anna Urbina.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Yrigolla Urbina; his siblings, Juan Urbina (Alva), Emma Flores (Manuel) and Lucy Piña (Albert); his children, Ernesto Urbina, Jr. (Emily), Tina Urbina Gargus (Darren), David Urbina (Melissa Saenz), Tom Urbina (Jennifer) and Patricia Teran; his grandchildren, Anthony Hindley-Urbina, Daniel Hindley-Urbina, Ernesto Quezada Urbina, Crista Quezada Urbina, Cameron Gargus, Brendan Gargus, Rey David Urbina, Donicia Carmelo, Dominic Urbina, D'Angelo Urbina, Danzo Urbina, Idalis Urbina, Tomas Urbina, Cruz Urbina and Stella Urbina; and his great grandchildren, Ilani and Galalaya. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
