He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita Monroy; his daughter Celia Sierra; his son-in-law Ernest; his siblings, Jose of Emilio, Antonio, Enriqueta Huizar, Luz Esparza and Josefina; and his parents, Emilio Flores and Carmen Flores.
He is survived by: his children, Francisco Monroy Flores (Aurelia), Victor Flores (Kelly) and Carmen Quijada. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
