He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimas Lomeli and Martha Sanchez Lomeli. He is survived by: his wife Lizzette Lomeli; and his sons, David Jr., Rene and Christian. He is also survived by his sisters, along with many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary (South Chapel) (240 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
