With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Palmer Collins (Tucson, Arizona), who passed away on August 26, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her mother Andrew Palmer; her son Richard; her husband Cornell "Corky" Collins; her children, Carrie Barcom (Mike), Andrew Collins (Jenny) and Jane Maciulla (John); her grandchildren, Cody, Taylor, Thomas, Olivia, Emma, Kaetie, Jack, Jackson, Rory, Aislyn and Susannah; and her brother Richard Palmer (Diane) of Danby, VT..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Luke's Home of Tucson, Saving Animals from Euthanasia (SAFE) and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (http://www.phassociation.org).
