She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita B. Nelson and Haaren A. Miklofsky. She is survived by: her siblings, Alan Miklofsky (Annette), Ann Miklofsky Stahmer (Tim), Kim Miklofsky Bayne (Bruce), Miriam Miklofsky and Dov-Baer Miklofsky.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol's memory to the American Diabetes Association or to the Rabbi Eisen's Discretionary Fund (code RN) at Congregation Anshei Israel.
