He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Patricia Phillips; and his brother John Phillips. He is survived by: his significant other Sara; and his significant other's children, Emily Heffter (Matt Gouras) of Seattle, Robert Phillips (Melissa Phillips) of Park City, Utah, Charles Phillips (Alisha Wolf) of Baltimore and Laura Jensen (Stephen Jensen) of Tucson, Ariz.. He is also survived by ses his wife and his children, Cam is survived by eight grandchildren.
