She is survived by: her parents, Fred Warner and Anna Warner (Bohac); her children, Lawrence Albert (Charyle Kayser Konerza), Curtis Warner Kotval (Linda Strack) of Tucson, AZ, Pamela Ann Kotval of Bloomington, MN, Allan Fredrick Kotval (Nancy Boeser) of Maple Grove, MN and Byron Wayne Kotval (Kimberly Jager) of Sauk Rapids, MN.; and her great grandchildren, Molly Juba (Mark), Andrew, Megan of Franklin, TN, Ryan Kotval of Minneapolis, MN, Amanda Kotval, Trea, Silas of Marshfield, MO, Tiara Paulus (Sean), Audree and Levi.
Memorials may be directed to the Minnesota Western Fraternal Life Scholarship Foundation (for which Betty was an active fund-raiser) or to a charity of choice.
