She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramon Bedoy and Rita Bedoy; her husband John Fernando Basurto; and her grandson Fernando Jose Basurto Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Basurto, Fernando Basurto (Laura), Sylvia Martinez (Frank) and Norma Marquez (Tudy); her grandchildren, Michael (Alexandria), Veronica (Joshua), Roxanne (Josue) and John; and her siblings, Jesus Bedoy (Leticia), Grace Cruz and Anita Rivera (Jesus).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary (South Chapel) (240 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Santa Cruz Church (1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Hope Cemetery (3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
