He is survived by: his parent Mary Cecil Mangold Chambers; his wife Martha; his daughters, Brenda Herbaugh of Farmington and Cynthia Perkins of Cody; his grandchildren, Mathew Herbaugh, Christopher Herbaugh, Colton Perkins and Kelsey Perkins Smith; his great grandchild Ella Smith; and his siblings, Ruth Holt, Barbara Miley, Jean Bush, Marianne Hockert and Jerry Chambers.
