He is survived by: his significant other Connie Smith (Lillian); his parents, Joseph Mayes and Faye Mayes; his daughters, Rebecca Bryns of Elko, Debra Abercrombie (Jack) of Mt. Aukum and Marta McNaughton (Dale) of Benicia; his grandchildren, Jonathan Abercrombie, Michele Abercrombie, Jason Abercrombie, Cherie Nicholson, Michael Nicholson and Joshua McNaughton; and his great grandchildren, Jessica, Kacie, Michael, Cori and Jenna.
