He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hofman and Clara Hofman; and his significant other Mary Sue Hofman. He is survived by: his sisters, Harriet Waite and Dale Clouser; his daughters, Katie Tudor, Holly DiRodi and Heather Hofman; his grandchildren, Kaylie, Cassie, Alyssa, David, Oliver, Franz and Brigitte; and his friends, Ty, Kitty Kohnke and Norma Flynn.
