He is survived by: his wife Gwen Foote Lines; his children, Milo Lines (Amy), Lindsay Butterfield (Chad) and Lacy Ebert (Paul); and his sister Milene Olsen. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
