He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edson R Nelson and Cressa Higgins; his wife Edith Cluff Nelson; his children, Becky (Richard Ives), Kristina (Loren Marsters), Lanny Nelson (Cheryl Morehouse) and Tammy (Michael Fitzgerald); and his sisters, Maryleen Meisters and Ina Cheryl Martin. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
