He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alton Welker and Bertha Pearl Bryce Welker; his wife Willa Jean Daley; his children, Paul (Theresa) of Mesa, Rohn (Debbie) of Thatcher, Brian (Jodi) of Gilbert and Lisa Watson (Paul) of Pinetop; and his sister Janet Thomson of Utah. He was also cherished by twenty-two grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
