She is survived by : her children, Quinton Lee Germaine (Carol), Timothy, Rebecca (Scott Pugmire) of Albuquerque, NM, Jeanine (Gabe Munguia) of Phoenix, Tim, Cody of Duncan, Dolan (Cindy) of Tucson, Sean of Pennsylvania and Heidi of Las Vegas; her siblings, Louise (Curt Jorgensen) of Thatcher, David Hawkins and John Hawkins of Farmington, NM.; her nephew Bishop Jeff Jorgensen; and and also Hyrum.
