He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Burkett; and his sister Lori Jo Burkett. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Burkett; his brothers, Michael Burkett (Celina) of Flagstaff and David Burkett (Michelle) of Texas; his significant other Susan Burkett; and his sons, Jacob Trujillo (Gina) of Safford, Kyle Burkett (Desiree) of Thatcher, Caleb Burkett of Thatcher and Jesse Burkett of Safford. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
