He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Massey and Mary B. Massey; his siblings, Violet May and Gene Francis; his half-brother Larry Joseph; his wife Carol Ann Hughes; his children, Donald Massey (Carolyn), Jeffrey Massey, David Massey (Jennifer) and Jolene Britton; his nieces, Deborah Szopo, Phyllis Leask, Vicki Boulanger, Linda Rocco and Julee VanVost; and his pets, Betty and Precious. He was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren, and 15 Great-Grandchildren.
