He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Burnett and Roberta Burnett; and his siblings, Vicky Burnett and Matthew Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Connie Burnett; his children, Jarred Burnett (Ashley), Sami Oakley (JR), Nikki DeMatteis Gonzales (Rodney) and Joe DeMatteis; his grandsons, Timothy, Eli and Jack; his brother Duane Burnett; his nephew Jason Burnett (Regina); and his niece Ally Burnett Duncan (Oliver).
