He is survived by: his wife Donna Harris; his sons, Ricky A. Harris and Ralph D. Harris, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Steven Daniel Harris, Josha Richard Harris, Christopher Gunter Pittman and Savanah Lynn Pittman.
