He was predeceased by: his brother Sam Cousins; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, David Spracale, Hansen, Sonni Lynn Stephens, Holly Bird, Theresa Hansen Jon, Scott, Annaliese, Josef Schmitt Michael Schmitt, Andrea Winter Margaret Dibble, Joe Mascari Tina, Kathy, Sam, Michael and Charlie Mascari William.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Victor Palmer; his sister Ann Plasari; his children, Paula and Steven (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jenna and Haley; his brother Lou Schmitt; and also Art Schmitt (Christy).
