She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lewis and Ella Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Kermit Sr.; her children, Kermit Jr. (Awanda), Bernard, Pamela and Quentin (Teresa); her grandchildren, Matthew, Garrett, Meagan and Isaac; and her sister Carrie Mae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
