He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Lester; and his brother-in-law William (Bill). He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Hubbell and Judy Hubbell; his sons, JT Hubbell (Cody) of Chandler, AZ and Jon Hubbell (Sydney) of Los Angeles, CA; his stepdaughter Amber of Chandler; his grandchildren, Preslyn, Shayne and Harrison; his mother-in-law Norma; his sister Kim (Joe); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry (Julie), Brian (Teri) and Reed (Jill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Arizona Community Church, whose Music and Youth/Young Adult ministries Jeff cared passionately about.
