O'Brien (Tempe, Arizona), born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Paul and Florence Paul; her sister Debby Fox; and her sister-in-law Marilynn Spencer. She is survived by : her husband Jack; her stepdaughter Kelly O'Brien; her stepgrandchildren, Alexa, Lyndsi and Nikolas; her sisters, Sara Kollman and Judi Cohen; and her nieces and nephews, Shelly, Sandy, Sharon, Jennifer, Avia, Melissa, Lynn Litwicki (Larry), Lesley Grzetich (Jim), Dawn Spencer, Kelly Sefcik (Andy), Tammy Fields, Scott, George Spencer (Julie) and Shawn O'Brien (Jennifer).
