He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Palmer (Laureen Sweeney). He is survived by: his children, Colton Palmer (Julie Stailey), Shanna Palmer and Miranda Palmer; his wife Deann Eiler; and his siblings, Dorcie Palmer (Robert Greco), Gary Palmer (Kayrene Williams) and Ron Palmer. He is also survived by his three children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
