He is survived by: his wife Teri L Crook; and his children, Justin Hall (Michelle), Daniel Crook (Brenda), Felicia Bowler (Ronald), Sabrina Yates, William Crook (Rachele), Christopher Crook (Teri K.) and Kristie Farnes (Evan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
