He is survived by: his parents, DonRay and Jeannette; his siblings, RaeLynn Allen (Ryan), Ty Johnson (Shelby) and Heather Johnson; his niece Kinley; his nephews, Rocky and Bryson; and his grandparents, Ted Smith, Adena Ray and Patti Johnson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
