He is survived by: his children, Benda Eggleston (Barry), Karlie Valles (Ron), Ivy Jones (Craig), Matt Lewis (Suzy), Glen Whetten, Stuart Lewis, Tana Eggleston (Saul), David Lewis (Cher), Vera Sue Jabbour (Salim), Megan Gould and Dennis Lewis (Audrey). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, and 46 great-grandchildren.
