He was predeceased by: his brother Donovan Dazen Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Dazen Sr. and Lavaine Dazen Sr.; and his children, Jacque Jeff Dazen, Janine Dazen, Summer Dazen and Aloyse Declay. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
