It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Packer (Taylor, Arizona), who passed away on July 7, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howland Packer, Sr. and Nina Webb Packer; and his great grandchild Sabrina Jolyn Packer. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Lee; and his children, Construction, Charles Howland Packer, III of Taylor, AZ, Carylyn Packer of Taylor, AZ, Karl R. Packer of Midvale, UT, Kevin L. Packer of Taylor, AZ, John K Packer of Snowflake, AZ and Craig L Packer of Garden City, KS. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
