Rapsin; his children, Shelley Vance (Keith), Todd Rapsin (Kate), Shawn Maxwell (Jeff) and Michael Rapsin; his grandchildren, Jack Vance, Tuyler Rapsin and Jacob Rapsin; and his great grandchild Amelia.
