He is survived by: his parents, Nathan Mount and Sarah Mount; his spouses, Evelyn Louise (Travis) and Lois Elaine Reed (Gilbert); his sister Sharon Gricius of Lakeland, FL; his children, Carol Hartle (Dewayne) of Sarasota, FL, Richard Mount (Rick) of Deltona, FL and Tim Mount (Robin) of Crystal Lake, IL; his stepchildren, Lisa Olmsted (James) of Verona, WI, Andrea Schelb of Mt and Scott Reed (Cynthia) of Sycamore, IL.; his grandchildren, Trent Hartle (Jill) of Seattle, WA, Cherie Vajdik (Jeff) of Bradenton, FL, Brecken Haak (Kyle) of Stillman Valley, IL, Paige Mount of Crystal Lake, IL, Trevor Mount of Huntley, IL, Adrianne Chambers (Matthew) and Alex Reed; his great grandchildren, Reagan Vajdik of Bradenton, FL, Anneliese Haak, Landon Haak of Stillman Valley, IL and Kennedy Chambers of Sycamore, IL; his brother Donald; his son Russell, Jr.; and also Elaine.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the National Alzheimer's Foundation or the . A Celebration of Life for Russ and Elaine will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Maxon's Manor, 1469 Illinois Highway 2 in Oregon, IL at 2:00 P.M. Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery in Polo.
