It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arthur Armstrong (Surprise, Arizona), born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Myron and Phyllis Ruth Armstrong (Johnson); his siblings, John Armstrong and Marvelle Armstrong; and his stepson Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Emee Armstrong; his children, Jiji Jally, Limanman Strange, Edward Armstrong, Keola Marshall Armstrong, SonSeri Meraminal Kennedy, Rima Armstrong-Wilson, Marvelle Whorton, Tiffany Armstrong and Victoria Armstrong; and his siblings, Ronald, James, Donald, Myron, Larry, Carolyn, Sharon, Emma, Helen, Denise and Lorry. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
