He is survived by: his wife Linda Kiernan Hoggatt; his children, Heidi Hoggatt Loftus (Justin), Jolayne Hoggatt Fulmer (Lou) and Cory Hoggatt (Chris); his stepchildren, Joseph Kiernan (Sonya), Bryan Kiernan (Asia) and Elizabeth Kiernan (Travis Ogdon); and his sister Carol Yvonne Ullrich (Floyd). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
