She was predeceased by: her siblings, Shirley Waters and John H. Brown III. She is survived by: her husband Terry Hawkins of Surprise, AZ; her grandchildren, Jen, Dave Backhaus, Averie, Adyson and Anaelise of Elmhurst, IL; and her children, Matt Hawkins, Owen, Mallory of Bettendorf, IA, Amber, Brandon Henley, Hailey, Gavin Mason, Layla, Carter and Logan of Waddell, AZ.
