Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patrick Joseph Carroll (Surprise, Arizona), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 38, on April 15, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kelly; his children, Jameson and Hailey; his parents, Patrick Carroll and Sophie Carroll; and his siblings, Brandon (Darlene), Ryan and Nicholas.

The internment will be held privately after the service. In consideration of the safety of our guests and the associates we are asking for proper social distancing and that the guests wear face masks.
