It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Graham Smith (Surprise, Arizona), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Graham Sr. and Ella Mae Graham; and her brothers, Earl and Edward. She is survived by: her husband John; her son Joshua; and her siblings, Polly, Diane, Leroy Jr., Earnest and Felix. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
