She is survived by: her former husband Joseph R. Balachowski; her children, Gregory Szlak (Deborah), Katherine Szlak and Jackie Sarrazin (Dale); and her brother Dennis Tracy (LuAnn). She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
