He is survived by: his parent Betty Lou Field (Bunim); his aunts and uncles, Martha, Ralph Moss, Sue, George McAnanama, Robin and Mike Kavanagh; and his cousins, Melissa, Benjamin, Eileen, Glenn, Maureen, Jill and Jacqueline. He is also survived by partners and children; and a large network of good friends.
