We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2023, at the age of 75, Lyne Annette Jack (Surprise, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O'Keefe and Darlyne O'Keefe; and her siblings, John and Daniela. She is survived by: her sons, Darren Jack (Kimberly Jack) and Kevin Jack (Sara Jack); her grandchildren, Dillon, Ashley, Ethan, Kaitlyn and Madison; and her siblings, Rob, Kathy, Mark, Dori and Phil.
