She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCoy and Virgie McCoy; her husband John Edward Powell; her daughter Theresa Lynn Mullins; her son-in-law Charles Earl Gray; her great great grandchildren, Shane and Wyatt; and her siblings, Rosa Bell, Marie, Martha, Spicie Sue, Dahlia, Jack, Cordle, Jimmy and John Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Sierra Gray (Kent Evans) and John; her children-in-law, Ana Powell and Tom Mullins; her grandchildren, Michael Mullins (Gayle), Chuck Gray (Christi), Melissa Mullins-Genik, Angela Gray (Garrett Bunting), Gabriella Powell and Lucas Powell; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Kristen, Mollie, Katie, Charlie, Sophia, Lily, Penny and Harrison McCoy; and her great great grandchildren, Caiden, Easton, Karson and Maverick. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
