He was predeceased by: his father Ralph M. Perez. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Medina of Beaumont, CA, Melissa Krycerick of Farmington, CT and Lawrence S. Perez II of Aliso Viejo, CA.; his grandchildren, Mia Diaz, Jonathon Delayo, Christopher Delayo, Alyssa Delayo, Natalie Krycerick, Drew Krycerick, Tristan Krycerick and Keira Krycerick; his great grandchild Bella Diaz; and his siblings, Allen Perez and Nanette Perez.
