She is survived by: her son Chase Holden; her siblings, Nancy Pulvino (Hansen) and Herbert O Hansen Jr.; her brother-in-law Rob Pulvino; and her nieces and nephews, Robyn Defer, Karianne Ciani, Bria Calderone, Jennifer Newman, Sarah Holden, Melissa Holden, Brett Hansen, Eric Holden, Preston Holden and Chris Holden.
